This is a new article. Rumors are its moving forward to the production stages. However no mention of Gaga starring in it. "Streisand will produce the film with Joel Silver (“Lethal Weapon”), with Richard LaGravenese (“The Fisher King”) writing the script. The actress is involved in developing the script."
