When the last tour started the set list didn't include any BTW single other than BTW, Lovegame was gone...she even turned Pokerface, Just Dance and Telephone - three of her most famous songs - into a medley that lasted less than 6 minutes... I think Applause will probably be there as well, the concert needs at least one ARTPOP song and Applause does very well when it's played live... But we might get Summerboy, The Fame and SHICD. From ARTPOP she'll definitely keep Applause but I don't think she'll perform DWUW ever again. I think that song would get her too emotional. Judas and TEOG could be performed on a few shows but not as part of the official setlist (like the artrave) The fame trilogy won't leave (yet). Paparazzi is her favorite song (I'm sure she said that sometime and she loves to perform it) poker face is almost on bad romance level and just dance was her first hit. She can cut them, mix them or do whatever with them but she wont kill them off.
