She's pandering to her audience and her intentions are basically to continue making sure Israel has enough weapons to make up for its ex nihilo creation, because America likes having influence in the region since it doesn't have Iran any longer, despite the fact Netanyahu milks the USA for cash. Also, if you say being opposed to Zionism makes you a racist, that's utterly absurd. There's a difference between criticizing Israel, a country, and being anti-semitic.
