This stuff is always complicated. Theres always copyrights stuff to deal with, some responsibilities are split between manager and label and cordination is needed...

This isnt as simple as she did a performance lets post it up right away. I swear the Corporate business world can be as complicated as politics sometimes especially when multiple parties are involved

All I read was you don't know what happened either. You can't defend Bobby when you can't even give concrete evidence that it isn't his fault. So as of now, you stick with your beliefs, I'll stick with mine. As a manager, he has the power to sign and agree to terms before the actual event. Heck, these agreements are supposed to be settled before any media releases to avoid messes. What kind of professionals would fight over rights over a video release after a period of time that the performance was deemed relevant? What I think happened is they already have the rights but did not put it up immediately after because they had to edit the crap out of the audio to make it sound better. Again, I'm not discounting your stance but I'm gonna stick to my version as you don't have the right to tell me I'm wrong when you're not sure you're 100 percent right.
