Nemo 4,293
So she'd just be, like... a nicer Madonna? Yeah. 46 minutes ago, GloZell Green said: Her talent did not truly get recognized until TSOM, which also helped her get worldwide recognition. Wait... "TSOM"? What is that? Edit: Oh, "The Sound of Music". Hmm.
PinkJelly 1,769
Yes. Even though Gaga's live performances and overall stage presence was what caught my attention, there are plenty of artists I like that aren't that great live. As long as the songs sound good, it's very rare that I go to a concert of ANY artist so I don't think I'd be that affected. To be fair, I went to both the ArtRave and Katy Perry's Teenage Dream tour and preferred the latter
Bad Bromance 5,809
Yeah, I believe I would be a fan of hers but not to the same extent as I am now. I definitely would not have joined this fan site nor would I be so excited to hear new music from her if I knew she wasn't a great singer. Frankly, if she didn't have good live vocals, I probably would just be a normal fan who enjoys her auto-tuned music. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. weed 73,867
I'd still be the same level stan, I'd just broadcast her other talents over her singing ahaha gaga is the whole package and then more. She has the voice, the dancing, the original style, the piano, the acting, the songwriting, the activism (which impacted my life so much! who else has done anything close for gays in the past 8 years?), and etc etc etc

So, the fact that she wouldn't sing well would take away a very important part of why I admire her and cry watching her performances. Yeah, I get what you mean. Would her 2016 Oscars performance have been as emotional if she wasn't able to hit those notes? If she was just an average singer, would people even give her these opportunities? This freaks me out tbh, because her two Oscars performance are two of my favorites, but TSOM tribute would have definitely not been done by her and TIHTY might not have even happened. I'm just glad I stan for one of the greatest voices of this generation.

Just like how I like KP's, TS' and others' songs. But not how I even join a cult site for her. This exactly. I would still love the music. But the biggest aspect of my love for her is her talent/amazing voice. I likely would not be on a forum about her.
