PoshLife 16,892 Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 For me, January started out really disappointing but closed out on a very high note. The month started with some of my current favorite acts (namely Taeyeon and Bol4) putting out new songs I found to be really lackluster. Chanmina's "Voice Memo No. 5" is okay but pretty forgettable, as well. But then Vanessa Carlton gave us a surprise second single ("Only Way to Love") and album release date, which turned things around. I also discovered a new kpop song ("Problem" by Yerim Sohn) which is currently my favorite of 2020 so far. Then, we got the "Stupid Love" leak, and while it's not my favorite it definitely marks Gaga's triumphant return to pop music. Finally, Kesha closed out the month dropping "High Road" which I'm really enjoying so far, particularly songs "Tonight" and "Birthday Suit."
