Is there any place to view Gaga's AC/HAC stats in good detail besides WIkipedia? I'm curious about them myself, but I know she absolutely flopped there during ARTPOP partially because of Katy's slayage (I still can't at how every single station had their own way of editing out Juicy J's part of Dark Horse since Katy never released an official solo edit :smh:).

Out of the 8-9 AC/HAC stations in my area, only about 3-4 of them even bothered playing Applause at all, and one of them only played it on Saturday nights (or sometimes DWUW). The rest NEVER EVEN ADDED IT. :rip: I got my friends to try to request it for me and they were almost-always told "Sorry, we don't have it." I really wonder what their excuse was for not adding it. It's not inappropriate, and it can't be "too dancey" if they played Wake Me Up and Blurred Lines so much. Heck, one of my AC stations played the REMIX of All of Me. :rip:

I wish Gaga properly released TIHTY to radio. It probably would have done well on AC/HAC, but prior to ARTPOP, the BTW songs did fairly well. One of my stations (one of the ones that didn't add Applause) played BTW nonstop almost at the instant it came out, but now they don't play it at all anymore. They also played TEOG and Y&I very often, but they only play TEOG nowadays. Alejandro also got a fair amount of spins through mid-late 2011. I bet the solo version of DWUW would have charted decently, too.

Does anyone know what Top 40 #1-3 were when Applause was at #4? When it peaked at #4 on the Hot 100, the top 3 were Roar/Blurred Lines/We Can't Stop, but I very rarely heard WCS on the radio (like twice overall I think). So I'm guessing Roar, Blurred Lines and... Wake Me Up, maybe?

The best thing i could give u for Adult Contemporary and Adult Pop radio are these weekly charts

Adult Contemporary: http://www.billboard.com/charts/adult-contemporary

Adult Pop: http://www.billboard.com/charts/adult-pop-songs

and on the top of the chart on the right side, u can plug in dates to see what the chart looked like (keep in mind billboards charts are dated 11 days ahead of the real date)

Wake Me Up, Royals and Wrecking Ball were ahead of Applause on the Pop Chart when she was #4

AC basically plays ballads/mid tempo

sometimes however power pop; basically Firework type songs cross over

some of the monsters may not bother about AC, but when she becomes 37+, she'll need AC because Pop being ageist will ditch her

she only has around 5 years to gain AC support or the future of her singles are in danger
