She's been mentioned a lot since the start (I think even too much to be not important). And we even have seen her very briefly (at least we can see her shape and general style) : AND we know Scarlett will be back next episode and she will learn some things about her family's afflictions (thanks to synopsis) So I do think her Grandmother will get a role in it and we'll see her in Battle Ramona. My theory is that one of former cast members, still not seen, will play the role. To me two candidates : Jessica Lange : Frances Conroy : What do you think ? It'd be kinda boring for Jess to appear out of nowhere as a grandma (the role is way too small for ha legend-ness.) It depends on who is the grandma ^^ I mean if she's involved in those family affliction, she may be very evil and she may have a link with the Hotel ? I don't know I just feel all those mentions and that short 'appearance' are not innocent... Even in last episode they mentionned her..
