Didymus 34,379
Ugh, I hated this. I loved the opening performance (stunning) but the rest of the set just felt so.. unprepared. The props were awkward and unspectacular (as well as being unnecessary - a terrible combination), the setlist felt forced and rushed... I dunno, it didn't feel like a conceptual idea and just like a concert she patched up quickly.Things like this just make me miss the The Fame era where every little performance was absolutely unique with a conceptual basis that was smart and perfectly executed without the expensive decorations she used later on in her career that regularly falls more flat than some of her earliest performances where she could only use an absolute minimum of outfits/props/... I think it challenged her more to come up with great ideas, even if it's just a single amazing fashion statement.

Head Empty 24,977
I never watched it in full . No idea why though, because I ALWAYS obsess over new performances. Happiness will never last, darkness comes to kick your ass... ᵃˢˢ 🕺

ChasingGhosts 726
Love it! Her festival concerts are always her best and I was slayed by everything. Born This Way > Joanne > The Fame Monster > The Fame > ARTPOP
Guest
"Well, this kind of is because it has, you know, lights on it."HAHAHAHAHAH my gosh I want again moments like that (and amazing dumbass performances)I have to agree with Didymus for the stage props: she did better, like a christmas ball during the BTW era where there was a giant mechanic motorcycle. That was epic

But yes, her vocals didn't suffer at all this era And it was soooo genius to hear another piano performance of Poker Face omg
jojo Freud 653
Honestly completely hated it, like I watched it after it was put on youtube and I couldnt even believe she did that. Like in all honesty I don't know why I didn't like it. I just think it was really messy, costumes were okay, her wig was pretty bad in my opinion. Vocally she was great. I thought the same about the original art rave
