This voice always feels fake and a little anticharismatic to me. For the most part, The Fame had this quality to it of being Gaga putting on a persona, just like she did when she started talking with an slight accent in the early ARTPOP days, or even when she had a jazzy New Yorker accent for Cheek to Cheek. It's just something about all her interviews in the fame give off this aura of weakness and lack of intelligence, then she'd go and perform and blow everyone out of the water. It's just a little too powerless for me.

It's interesting how it varies during the era though. Comparing this

to this

She just sounds so... fake, if I dare say.

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

It depends, during 2008 she was real and had her natural new york accent but then sometime in 2009 she started to play around with different ones. Lately her voice has sounded like it did from 2008. I think the worse was 2012, she was so stuck up, childish, and pretentious and I'm glad she pointed that out when she was on howard stern.
