Well, Gaga wore pretty much everything so it's hard Elizabeth wear something Gaga wouldn't wear or didn't wear already.  But I agree. Some likes seem to be equals, like fashion and passion to kill.

All that we've been shown is Elizabeth's exterior, which has been (I think) purposefully constructed to resemble Gaga.

But I'm sure Elizabeth has led a very sad, empty, frightening life that we will learn about as Hotel continues. Gaga is not homicidal, immortal, nor is she a mother (except to us ). These are three crucial character details that have nothing to do with Gaga.
