You are not aware of KKK, various "white America" groups, neo nazi groups all over the world?? They all have own leaders, just because they're subtle and not in the news, it doesn't mean they don't incite violence.

 

Generally, they don't advocate lone wolf terrorism or killing random people as a political tactic. They may be dumb, but they aren't that dumb.

Same way in the past, Communists typically had violent ideas about seizing power in a revolution and ruling with violence. But they rejected the Anarchist tactic of using terrorism (bombs, assassinations) as politically misguided. 

A twitter troll proves little. I could probably find some blacks talking about killing whites there, but it doesn't mean they incited the black guy who killed the reporter on TV, or are typical of black radical organizations.
