And white people have come into black neighborhoods and burned down churches, murdered innocent people, and even more hateful things. And many of these people were/are lawyers, doctors, and "respectable" people. So maybe that's the answer to your question. And to clear the record, I am in no way justifying this incident nor am I defending them.Several decades ago I could see your point. But the US has had the Civil Rights Act for 50 years, and over that period black-on-black and black-on-white violence have been far more common than white-on-black violence. Violence is NEVER the answer. Right now I feel as though racial tensions in the US are more escalated than they've been in a very long time and its so sad to see..There are a lot of angry and emotional people out there who think that this is their way of expressing themselves. And yes the Civil Rights Act has been passed, but there is still an incredible amount of prejudice, discrimination, and racism agaisnt blacks in our society. I saw a different video for it, since the one you posted was removed, but it seems like the white woman must have said something to the couple that led them to assaulting her? Either way, the couple was way too extreme and barbaric and could have handled the situation differently. But oh well, that's just how they are.
