The source of the leak is the same Israeli hacker who sold Madonna songs, stems and demos to fan remixers. Those remixers would then resell the material to fans. This is also how all the LG stems (Swine, Brooklyn Nights, G.U.Y.) and practically all instrumentals/acapellas post-The Fame Monster have surfaced online.

This also explains why there haven't been leaks in several months, Because I havent had access to her emails,  the hacker is in jail, lol. FYI i am DOT, and Brooklyn_nights , :D

That's only cuz he's friends with Emma and she's part of the HAUS. Still...that's no reason for Gaga to give special treatment to them and especially with unreleased songs

Still, I think the story is a little shady. Why would Gaga give a song to a fan, and why would a fan "brag" about it if he's the reason that it leaked - especially when knowing how sad that would make Gaga? It seems more like a made up story to get some attention in the fanbase. The story about the hackers makes more sense in that regard.

It is not secret Gaga does share something to particular fans.

She showed the ARTPOP cover concept to some of her monster friend before it was out.

Because they are familiar to her and she think she can trust them.

Or use them to hype the fanbase.

 

When she knows there are another monster doing "Radio Gaga"

she didn't think twice to share exclusive snippets from ARTPOP that not even Emma know about it, as told by Tim himself when interviewed by Chica.

 

So, it is not Gaga's fault if Brandon, the accuser, does have Brooklyn Night, gave in and trade the unreleased with nudes.

As you might know how the human nature is.

Whenever someone got the exclusive thing, most times even not that exclusive,

many of them would rather brag about it than keep it to themselves.

"Hey I have this and you don't" kind of thing.

That is why Instagram is popular, right?

Some post a picture of beautiful place or nice foods

that their circle of friends might never go or eat to brag and be admired.

So if there's anyone to blame, it would be Brandon,

for breaking the trust that Gaga gave to him.
