I think she has ups and downs...her range is fantastic and she has good control of her voice (usually)...my point is: ppl don't go to a Mariah concert expecting to see choreography and 70 dancers on the stage at once. Ppl go to watch her sing, do whistle notes, throw a little shade...so it doesn't really make sense that she's on this list...
