Otherwise no I am not here for more jazz records with covers. Ultimately it will take away from C2C as an album and an Era , it will take away what was so special about it. This was a side thing , so Gaga should stick to POP it's what she does best and what will shape her legacy, no one in the future is gonna be like Yea Gaga the jazz singer. She is gagging to move toward a rockier sound in her uptempo music, and at the same time she can't hide her voice forever, she will lose it at some point.A Jazz album solo would be amazing. She can turn her hand to writing jazz and even playing the piano as she sings it. Without the jazz album she wouldn't have had the Oscars performance. She wouldn't be belting vocals out every night it would be dancing and costume changes galore. Yawn.I actually can't wait for her to stand behind a mic, sing a hell is rockish song and rock out without choreography or backing track. She is a natural front woman of a band, it's where she thrives.jazz is great for her though and rests her hip. Go look at ANY music artist's fan forum and you will see sections for other topics.That doesn't mean the forum isn't designed and centered around the artist it is named after. No tea no shade.You guys need to start seeing the pop in the jazz. Jazz is pop. Its classical pop actually. These songs are meant to be covered because you are supposed to interpret them.
