There isn't a comeback, if you had a top 10 album and tour and two hit songs. Can Gaga's next era be more successful than the last one? Possibly...but it won't be a "comeback". Gaga never left! I can't at you acting childish so if someone doesn't see a thing like you they are ignorant and they lack common sense. If the music is great- aka no over produced songs, no drunk opera vocals, good melodies, great hooks, everything will be ok. Of course she needs to work with professional video directors too and not look like an alien all the time. at some of you who say that Gaga will sacrifice her 'art' so she can top the charts. She was topping the charts with TF and TFM and was WAY more artistic than with ARTPOP. She was more artistic without even trying so hard and parading like 'look at me yall, I am an artiste'. I love how EVERYONE loved ARTPOP when it came out, but as soon as it didn't do as good as expected it was thrown aside and HATED by many of the people who once loved it Exactly like what happened with Marry the Night, tragic. Well ARTPOP is everything but artistic. I mean...what art does it have besides the word 'art' in the title? Sure, it has a bop ot two but nothing more. Its just a collection of random songs. I respect Gags but its true. Singing over old recycled beats is not art. And of course it did not do anything to the current pop state of music. Did it inspire anything? Those people would be lacking common sense, if they attributed a top 10 album and tour to a "dead era". They would be ignorant if they can't see that Gaga is continuing to make music, and is getting mainstream and media praise...and is continuing to evolve, learn, and stretch herself artistically and in new aspects of entertainment. The truth is Gaga just won a Grammy, is selling out venues across the country, and is garnering high praise everywhere she goes. There isn't a comeback, since she never left! It's her return to the public eye in terms of pop. Most people will not have heard much about her for over 2 years (although obviously there have been some noteable news topics). It's not a huge "comeback" in the sense that she's been gone for ages, but you can't deny that there has been a break and some people are forgetting about her. And I didn't say anything about ARTPOP, so I don't really know how to respond to that . I usually don't pay attention to charts at all + I love most of the songs.
