Most other are usually adults and already have succesful life. Peter Parker otoh clasically portrait of High School student eith many teens dilemma that many teens can relate to, and to fantasize as well, cos Peter also have superpower that would never happen irl. It is only good move to find a young talent to play as this character in a motion picture because looking at 30something play as a High Schooler can be pretty comedic.
