Just because management issues meant she couldn't do them doesn't mean they're not lies. Especially because she never mentioned them again, and just moved on. Maybe if she'd apologised and explained the situation I wouldn't consider them lies, but she keeps on doing it and there was no "management issues!" excuse with all the BTW "not-lies" not to even mention the "ALL ARTPOP songs will have a video!" back in 2012, WAY before any issues.
