My theory about AHS Hotel

I have a feeling AHS Hotel will be set in Purgatory/Hell and reference No Exit and maybe the movie Identity. I think people will gather in this hotel and try to figure how they are connected and most of the people may have committed heinous acts in the past. If Ryan Murphy said the seasons were connected then these are some clues why I think he might reference No Exit

1. In the finale of Coven, Kathy Bates was stuck in the recurring time period to face "her past crimes"
2. Maggie referenced a hotel in Coven
3. The ghost Butler in Coven may come back as a younger version (if its set in the past) unless its a younger version of papa legba

4. Misty was stuck in hell towards the end

No Exit: The play is a depiction of the afterlife in which three deceased characters are punished by being locked into a room together for eternity. It is the source of Sartre's especially famous and often misinterpreted quotation "L'enfer, c'est les autres" or "Hell is other people",[2] a reference to Sartre's ideas about the Look and the perpetual ontological struggle of being caused to see oneself as an object in the world of another consciousness.[3]

I think it's gonna be inspired by The Shining & Psycho, with a twist ergo her being a supernatural creature (vampire) and he said after the underperformance of Freakshow he was gonna revamp it so i think they may even change a large portion of the cast tbh.

Spalding + his family had served the Coven for his entire life; he was one of many generations

Hello Mr. Radio

What you're forgetting is that every season takes some part of American history or culture and makes it scary. I don't think something this super natural would stay on theme with the show. I'd like to see it set in a rural hotel in the middle of nowhere.
