ChicaSkas 22,404 Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 So I just discovered today that PMs over one year old have been automatically deleted by the forum software/system settings on our forum. There is no way to undo this, so the only means of coping is prevention of this from happening again. If you don't currently have settings in place to have your Private Messages sent to your Email, then now is the time to absolutely set this into place so you can avoid heartbreak/crushing losses of info/loss of personal conversations now while there are means to prevent it. Also, I think was having trouble archiving her messages?
