mpthecat 928
Fortitude is a British psychological thriller television series created by Simon Donald and airs on Sky Atlantic in the UK and on Pivot in the US (censored one). It stars Stanley Tucci, Richard Dormer, Michael Gambon, Sofie Gråbøl, Luke Treadaway and Nicholas Pinnock among others. Fortitude is a town in the Arctic that is unlike any other place on Earth. Surrounded by the picturesque polar landscape and filled with residents who form a tight-knit community, the town has never been the site of a violent crime. That changes, though, when a research scientist is killed, which leads to an investigation that prompts police officers begin to suspect and mistrust one another. Members of the community also struggle to understand the terror that has been unleashed among them. While all this is going on, above-average temperatures result in record ice melt, which reveals secrets that have long been hidden underneath Fortitude's frozen landscape. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egy3n-7DQAU Personally, I really like it, it has a little Twin Peaks feel to it. Classic whodunnit, it's a slow-burn and keeps you guessing all the way. There is also the lingering feeling to it as to is there something supernatural in town or aliens etc.

LeoFameMonster 1,592
what do they censor. I saw the first episode so It's unclear what they would need to censor. Language?
mpthecat 928
what do they censor. I saw the first episode so It's unclear what they would need to censor. Language? There was some nudity (almost frontal one at that) and s-x in the first episode so I think that's the main reason. I can't recall the language but there might have been that too. :)
