Enhsa 2,043
CinemaBlend.com, a popular movie website (over 1.6 million likes on Facebook) that serves as a critic for Rotten Tomatoes and a news source for IMDb posted this article today: The Academy Awards Just Added The Biggest Star In The World To Perform She may have toned down her look and musical stylings to fit a more jazzy demeanor, but Lady Gaga is still one of the most talented singers in the industry today. She’s performed on countless stages, including Times Square’s New Year’s Eve celebrations and the recent 2015 Grammys, but now she’s been enlisted to perform at this year’s Oscars. The news was announced by The Hollywood Reporter, though one of the Oscar’s producers, Neil Meron, made the reveal on his personal Twitter account. There currently aren't any details available about what we can expect from her performance, but we have less than two weeks before she has to get up in front of the Dolby Theater audience. That being said, if she can handle the Grammys, which is filled with her A-list musician peers, then a group of hundreds of the highest caliber of filmmakers and actors in the film industry should be no problem. Lady Gaga joins the already packed musical roster, which also includes the likes of Pitch Perfect 2 star Anna Kendrick, Rita Ora, Best Original Song nominees Common and John Legend, and Jennifer Hudson. Then there’s also a big musical number to be performed by our lovable host Neil Patrick Harris. We still don’t really know what we’ll be in for come showtime on February 22nd, though, we do know that Frozen songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez are the ones writing it, and it’s a multi-media performance titled "Moving Pictures." So, I think it’s safe to say there will be moving pictures. Lady Gaga makes an excellent addition to this year’s line-up. Once known for donning elaborate costumes and putting on over-the-top shows, she’s since turned to the jazz side. Her latest album, Cheek to Cheek, was a co-venture with iconic jazz vocalist Tony Bennett. The two performed the title song live at the Grammys ceremony this past Sunday, and it was sublime. Strip away all the horns, face paint and meat dresses, and you'll notice that she still has a tremendous vocal range. Way before Lady Gaga became Lady Gaga, she was known as Stefani Germanotta and she was trained in jazz. According to her dad, who spoke with The Telegraph, "She won a jazz competition when she was about 14 or 15. That was her roots." And now her roots are showing  but in the best way possible. It’s great to hear Gaga moving back to her first love, and it’s probably this new career move that’s caught the attention of the Oscars. For Hollywood’s most glamorous night, you wanna a singer who can bring the glam. http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Academy-Awards-Just-Added-Biggest-Star-World-Perform-69753.html :applause: I see no lies tbh Praise from Cinema sites/critics .. plfz Can u support Gaga on this site and Wrote a Nice & Great Coments about Our Queen
