If you had TS3 with all the expansions then you'll be completely disappointed with TS4. As long as there's no open world on TS4 the game will still suck. I'm also a big fan of the SimCity series and tbh SimCity 2013 is awesome. It's on the same level as Simcity 4 but they just screwed it up by limiting the territories to a very small area. It's impossible to build a big city on that game. I hope EA and Maxis learn and release better games for these franchises. They should cancel TS4 or relaunch the series with another name.
