The letter in Cologne (the show I attended) was pretty short and not really deep. It was just saying something like: "Thank you for making me brave, remember when we met in *insertrandomcity*? Love you!"

 

I guess the reason why most letters are deep is because people exactly know what will get them on stage in case she picks a letter. That's why the majority of them writes about their problems, it gets Gagas attention.

It would make sense, since she picked up the letter at the beginning of the catwalk, but the fan just magically appeared by the piano. I don't know if he followed her while she was reading the letter, but I was towards the first catwalk, and lots of people were booing because it didn't seem to be the right person...
