Economy 52,864
http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2014/11/12/ontario-jobs-unemployment-economy-canada_n_6147430.html woohooo karma is sweet The Western Half of Canada (especially Alberta) for the past 10-15 years has been getting an economic boom thanks to oil, natural gas, coal and just about every possible natural resource With the drop in oil prices, natural gas prices, drop in other commodities, lower Canadian Dollar (all factors that are positive for manufacturing) and an improving US economy... The tables are now turning as the new economic envrionment favours manufacturing and not natural resources. Eastern half of Canada that was seen as an economic failure is now getting more GDP growth and job growth than Rich Western Canada. --------------------------------- Lets see for how much longer 25% of Albertans wanna separate from Canada

Economy 52,864
How good is this for the US? Will it make a large impact for the future? Well... Canada is the largest partner of the US so a healthy Canadian economy is always good for the US Were ur #1 consumer of manufactured goods... and among the biggest comsumers of your services (yourism, telecom services, franchise stores etc) And Canada getting all the economic growth in the Western half was not a healthy thing longer term... now its becoming more balanced Of course, Canada will never affect the US as much as the US affects Canada for the simple fact that you guys are so much larger
