The following are only predictions made by HDD..

BEST POP VOCAL ALBUM:

Main Contenders:

1. Sam Smith - IN THE LONELY HOUR

2. Ed Sheerain - X

3. Ariana Grande - MY EVERYTHING

4. Coldplay - GHOST STORIES

5. Katy Perry - PRISM

6. Miley Cyrus - BANGERZ

7. Kelly Clarkson - WRAPPED IN RED

8. Lady Gaga - ARTPOP

Lady Gaga won in this category for 2010’s The Fame Monster. She’s a contender this year with ARTPOP. The media quickly labeled the album a flop, but some voters may want to show their support. (Even if Gaga falls short here, she and Tony Bennett are certain to be nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Cheek to Cheek.)

Other contenders:

One Direction

5 Seconds of Summer

Lana Del Rey

Maroon 5

Steve Nicks

Pentatonix

Andrea Bocelli

Shakira

Sia

BEST TRADITIONAL POP VOCAL ALBUM:

Barbra Streisand hasn’t won a Grammy since she took the 1986 award for Best Pop Vocal Performance, Female for The Broadway Album. Her current album, Partners, is a smash hit, but to win it has to get past the Tony Bennett/Lady Gaga collaboration, Cheek to Cheek. Bennett has won 11 times in this category (which was introduced in 1991). Bennett and Streisand have gone head-to-head five times in this category. Bennett has come out on top every time. Gaga is also a Grammy favorite. She was the first artist since The Beatles to receive Album of the Year nominations three years running.

While Partners and Cheek to Cheek both debuted at #1, Streisand’s album has been a substantially bigger hit. Both albums are sure to be nominated. But which will win? (With all the attendant drama, this category belongs on TV this year.)

According to them, the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album will be televised this year for the first time since a long time because it'll contain big names.

Like the article says, I think Cheek to Cheek will be more likely to get a nomination than ARTPOP.Not sure about Traditional Pop being televised though. There have been some major players in many lesser categories over the years and they didn't get televised. I don't know if that'll happen. Unless they have a performance agreement (i.e. you give me this televised win and I perform).

IDT Miley or Ariana are really contendors for the album categories. But I'm not a professional, what do I know?

In the article:

Justin Bieber’s My World 2.0 got a nomination in this category four years ago.

Anything could happen at this point.

Ok, I don't wanna be hyped or have illusions.

Too late.

It would be amazing since ARTPOP is an excellent album, it really deserved it.

It would be a really great payback.

Pain of fame1

Are Sales the only thing taken into account to win a grammy?I MEAN PARTNERS HAS SOLD MUCH MORE THAN C2C so..

Arturo

Sam and Ed are DEFINITELY getting noms.
Coldplay and Katy have the next highest chance imo.

ARTPOP has a higher chance than ME imo. If they're going to use the "flop" argument in their nomination process, then why nominate an album that sold less than half of a so called "flop"? My Everything's noms will mostly be in singles categories.
