Pools there are expansive and for rich people who are in their majority Christian or even Christian Lebanese that immigrated because of the war between them and muslims and came back there on their holidays. It's not a muslim country and it's not muslim places at all. About Egypt, very desilusional too. Like Lebanon it's a touristic country and if this is allowed it's because tourism brings a very needed money for this country and it's pool for TOURISTS. But don't your worry Occidental women are seing as sluts by a big majority of the population. I know Lebanese girls that went in the capital: they couldn't even walk alone and needs their male friends around them to not be ass pinched or being harrased/insulted by a lot of men. And it's not one or two of those girls that told me that but 10 at least. The video you posted, it's touristic places, not the real country with Egyptians, it's for tourists that stays in tourist hotels and go to the pyramids in car but very far from the population. Dubai is better for occidental that Qatar (wasted mess) and that's all I know. My sister went there and it was Better than Qatar where she couldn't even wear shorts and where occidental & native people didn't even talk together. It was full of burqa mama and all those stuff. Dubai is a rich country because of oil and who is dependant of Occident to develop hiself, this is why occidental places for half naked pool girl are allowed. But here i'm almost sure they stay together too. Sousse is in Tunisia who may be the most open minded muslims country (even if that could change a lot with the revolution), it's a country that depends on tourism, french turism for the most part but even here it's only touristic places, hotels for tourist and not the real country and the majority. Those occidentals stuffs are allowed because: 1. They brings a lot of money, 2. Occidentals way of life are not with the population. But it doesn't match with the statement you want to prove. Those occidental things are not allowed in the majority of country and have very bad reputation. It's a very portion of places that are like this and it's for tourist or Christian arabic rich people for 95% and what you show would never be allowed in even 20% of those country by now. There are other countries where Western women wear bikinis in Middle East and it doesn't matter if it's for tourism or whatever. They are still allowed and that is something Simon and some others thought it doesn't exist. Lebanon is by majority sunni/shii'a country, they have many Christians too, but so what? Lebanon is a very particular country built by Christians and a lot of muslims are very recent palestinians or Syrians. Lebanon is still 45% Christians and more than 50% with the immigrants. + Christians rules the country cause they have the money and the great jobs. They are the builders actually. Oh and I forgot to say that if this country became more muslim it's because muslim put the Christians out with the war. Thoses places with pools are countries in country. They are not representative of the country. Non native people that pays a lot to be here and not places like public pool where the Mama wasn't allowed to stay. It's place where the turist population doesn't meet native population. It's like in Qatar where my sister was in immigrant residence (hotels) with other immigrants for wearing skirt if she wanted to. Actually they don't even have the nationaly for the most part. You might be right actually, it's allowed but it's a segregation stuff. And It may be what this mama want at the end. To muslims to swin together and occidental together too. But if she wants this in Occident country, then she stays here only for Holidays and pay for it like Occidental do in Arabic Country. And she doesn't ask for the nationality, live in it or ask the country rules to change. If your point was to say there are bikinis girls in pools in those country it's okay. Lebanese shia and sunni muslim population is still big and they're not refugees. Also many muslims there are liberal, so those pools and night clubs are used by them too. They are not Western countries, they have their own culture, but they do give Western guests many liberties. Also while criticizing them, we can talk about English, French, Italian colonization and how much THEY tried to force people to forget their culture and to dress and talk like their colonizers. So when they did it, it's ok? But when a Moroccan comes to France, then it's not ok, take that hijab off, it's not part of our culture. Ugh. My point was more conceptual. Im lebanese, in Lebanon women walk around in way more open outfts then what you described I live in Dubai, some girls wear exactly what you just said they couldn't and no one ever says anything. those stereotypes also no one's recommended to wear a veil in any of those countries, they just wear or don't Arabs/muslims being mean to americans is the end of the world/ sign Of deep disrespect but americans disrespect muslim culture it is totally Normal and okay? My mum is a life guard at a swimming pool and they also turned away Muslim woman who wanted to go swim with full clothes. I think this is caricatural about what I said. I said there're ton of refugees from the Israel/Palestinian conflict (40-50 years ago) and from the Syrian conflit and this is why Lebanon turned more of a muslim country. I know a lot of them were here before and didn't said the opposite. There are two millions of Syrians in Lebanon. Like I said there are different kind of nuns, there are also the ones that never dress with the classic nun clothing, they're called laic nuns, but also the classic ones are allowed to wear a swimsuit, have you idea how many nuns work with children or disable people and during the summer they bring them to the beach, there aren't restrictions, obviously they're not gonna wear a bikini or a thong. If you don't believe me, do a research, I personally know nuns that do that, same for priests, they also have their Facebook profile, Twitter, a car, they have a normal life, if they are invited to theatre they go without the classic dress, it's not obligatory for them wear the classic clothes all the time or the veil.
