HANZ 4,380
We all know the most iconic female tour of all time is the Blonde Ambition by Madonna, NO ONE can deny that but is the monst ball the second or maybe the 3rd most iconic tour of all time? I honestly think it is I think gaga and madonna are the only female ones with iconic tours britney and beyonce have none imo, same with christina? My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48
Didymus 34,379
The Madonna shade will happen. To be honest, I don't think the tour was innovative enough to be considered iconic outside of this fanbase. I think it's just a part of the unbelievable rapid rise to success that Gaga had in her early career. But will this be remembered separately? I don't think so. Why the Blond Ambition tour is iconic: http://gagadaily.com/index.php/topic/124807-is-the-monster-ball-iconic/?p=5746592

Sugarfall 3,723
Blonde Ambition Tour is def iconic This look is what defines Madonna to GP :legend: I wish you hadnt brought up Madge tho, this thread will be shred apart. OT: I honestly think TMB could be considered iconic, she gave us some her most memorable outfits+grossed A LOT for a relatively new artist.

CHANTEL 2
madonna? who dat who dat The Monster Ball is Gaga's best tour (imo) and is so far her most remembered one, it's iconic within the fan base but not outside of it. Other iconic tours besides the Blond Ambition tour are also Madonna's Confessions and Sticky & Sweet Tours, Britney Spears' Dream within a Dream tour and Onyx Hotel Tour. HANZ 4,380
MaybeBut some of the costumes are definitely iconic I think that's enough for me to be considered iconic the blonde ambition tour is mostly iconic in part because of the cone bra My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48
gagaisitalian 3,573
TMB is iconic in my mind and that's all that matters.
Didymus 34,379
but what about this? Even though I love all of those to death, I don't think they will become part of the pop cultural legacy. The first will probably be remembered as a first example of fashion/technology coming together (even though that designer was already experimenting with it years before) but the others.. All of them were featured outside of the concert, too, so do they really belong to the "iconicness" of the tour specifically? Is it really that important, though? I don't think the sticky and sweet tour is iconic tbh same with britney, I've never heard anyone saying they are But the confessions tour can actually be consider iconic, that's why I said the monster ball could 2nd or 3rd My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48

Why what exactly has become more a part of Pop cultural legacy on Blond Ambition Tour? Th cone bra is definitely Madonna's most iconic outfit but it Gaga has many iconic outfits for herself in TMB.
