It's sick I think C2C will get a Grammy, it's an amazing and acclaimed album of two iconic artists celebrating talent and passion. About C2c its pretty clear that Barbra is going to win, which will keep C2c in the same situation a moderate succes. While its commercial performance has been outstanding, it's been given mixed reviews at best from critics. On top of that every person I know that bought Partners has been extremely disappointed with it. She still has the first chance. A 9 difference on metacritic isnt that big, but until the Grammys the difference in sales will be bigger. I think its already something like 250k.
