Shallow or Die With A Smile?

Both songs generally well received outside the Little Monster community as well with a male duet partner.

 

For me Die With a Smile I liked a lot better though.  Still never tire of that song.  Shallow wore off rather fast and was over played imo.

DWAS is so easy on the ears, I could have it on repeat for an hour, but I think Shallow is the better song, the Ahh.. Ahhhahhhahhhhhhh AHHHHHHahhhh AhhhhahahahhhHHHHHH!!!! I'm off the deep end! is so iconic and juicy

Shallow is more interesting sonically and lyrically.

the requiem version of dwas however will always take it

No, he’s saying the REQUIEM version of DWAS is better than studio DWAS and Shallow, but if you’re comparing purely studio/album versions, Shallow is better.

Shallow has a cool chorus but tbh i could never like it more than a 7/10

 

Theres songs like ARUTW, Is That Alright and Ill Never Love Again that imo were better album highlights
