Typically it takes just over a year from the last single of the previous album. I'd say July 2015 with the first single in May.

The question wasn't about the need to get music out, the question was time reflecting the quality of the work. More time = better album. You completely glossed over my entire point. Whoa.

Look at David Bowie's 1970s discography. He put out a groundbreaking album every year! Or Blondie; it took them 7 months to put out Parallel Lines (quality AND commercial success)! I think Gaga should just devote herself to writing, recording, producing for the next few months to release another classic (last time she was on a world tour, promoting a perfume, recovering from a hip injury and struggling with her management and possibly label). She just needs to eliminate all the distractions.

I want her to release an experimental masterpiece along the lines of something Björk or FKA Twigs would release, but not as experimental, throw in a couple of songs leaning toward the mainstream side.

She needs her Ray of Light/Impossible Princess type album.

I think the release of the next album will be influenced by the upcoming Grammys. Nominations/winning might bring the release date closer or push it back to let C2C get more promo.

I think it's high time she lead an album with a power ballad. There are literally zero power ballads these days & I think Gaga could really benefit from one.

Like RedOne produced delight "The Silence" by Alexandra Burke.

I also think she would do well to sample old classics to integrate them into the music.

Alexandra Burke did this in "start without you" sampling iko iko in a very cheesy way. Gaga could do this in a gaga way.
