I originally had tickets booked for the 23 October at the O2 in London, but I've decided not to go.

What should I do with my tickets?

 there was this person in instagram who was going through their date hashtags "#artravedallas" for example (when it was close to the date) and commenting that theyre selling a extra ticket  :)  you can try that?
