Should Gaga stop using a live band?

Even though it's "raw" and all, I feel like it's a waste of space and the sound doesn't sound that good. I mean the whole stage for ARTPOP is basically just a band hut. Should she use more studio and cut the band away? It feels more theatrical-focused without their distraction...

no.

Destiny is for losers. It’s just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen instead of making them happen

I agree that the stage is somewhat clustered because of the band.  However, there are ways to make them appear less obvious.  I however think that the band is necessary.  The shows I've been to benefited a lot from the live band.  It adds so much more to the show.  Especially during ARTPOP, Venus, MANiCURE, Telephone.  Otherwise it's just Gaga singing to a backtrack.  She already got rid of backup singers.

I wouldn't mind too terribly.

However, the live band does spice the plain old beats up just a lil' bit.

She should always keep a band, especially as she's started to not sing choruses, something has to be live.

I've always thought acts without them look a little off.

certainly not, she just needs to get a better sound and a better band. that cheesy guitar she's been using for years... it just doesn't work. and the same drum fills on top of the studio tracks. it's easy at this point. she should try something new.

DEFINITELY keep live instrumentation, just do something different. she used to have live background singers and a violinist.

I think don't think Aura needs a live band.  It would sound better studio.

Yes, she should, why should you have a band for EDM songs??? it´s always been bugging me  :awkney:

In my opinion, no! Live band gives so much more epicness to Gaga's songs, especially the heavy electronic ones.

this.

I love the use of live instrumnetation in the tours but it's getting a bit same-y now :(

I think we need some variation! I miss having back-up singers

Just because they're awkwardly placed doesn't mean they should go :awkney:

no, she should just stop constantly fixing how the songs sound, cause she's making 1 sound better and 100 sound worse at the same time :wtf:

like, if it was EDM, why put guitars over it ?

like, the synths in her demos are way better than in final versions, what's wrong with you Gaga :excuseme:

inb4 a basic "cause she does what she wants" comment
