EGOT2027 10,790
Try to get as close to the MainStage as possible (or between the main catwalk and the stage), I know she goes thru the catwalks but big part of the show is still in the stage... And It doesn't matter what time you get in line, you can move easily through the people before or during the show. You can bring a plastic bag with some soda, water and some snacks. You will be just fine, enjoy the show! So you're telling me that even if I get there late I can "push" my way to the front so that I'm close enough to the throw my gift between Aura and Sexxx Dreams? lavenderblondee 3,695
You're such a doll! I'm freaking out all of a sudden cus my friend isn't getting there until 2 PM so I won't know anyone. Don't even worry about not knowing anyone. I met so so so many nice people and made so many friends just standing in line. There will be LOTS of people there by themselves. :) Don't be afraid to talk to people and start conversations!
Miel 15,009
Check to see what your venue allows or doesn't allow. My arena didn't allow posters or bags, which I thought was ridiculous (plus San Diego's Viejas Arena's security wasn't all that great but that's another topic). As Marjol said, eat something beforehand that will last you a while if you're not bringing any snacks. High fiber amount, protein, anything relatively healthy to keep you from getting too hungry or lethargic. Snacks are a good idea, though, imo. Depending on your waiting area, I suggest sunscreen and easy layers to put on or off, depending on your taste for the temperature. Bring lots of fluids! You can pee while somebody hold your spot in line :) 3 points in and ready for more
Houdini 103
I slept in front of the venue when i went to Quebec. when i was hungry i asked people in the line to watch my spot and they did it. it's not terrifying lol it's like making a queue for waiting for a roller coster lol
lavenderblondee 3,695
Also, absolutely wear sunscreen like others have said. I got the worst sunburn by forgetting to put sunscreen on one area of my back when waiting in line to see her. Avoid the pain because people are going to be bumping into you during the concert. Also, people are generally very sweet about saving a spot in line if you need to go to the bathroom or anything.

Rob 159
eat a fairly hefty breakfast/lunch but don't eat a bunch of junk that'll **** up your energy later on. my show (san diego) didn't allow glowsticks inside so that's something to consider and as far as beverage, i was allowed to bring my unsealed water bottle so just bring one in case they say yes. wear sunscreen, comfortable shoes, don't layer on too many clothes unless you already have an outfit planned because you will get hot and you'll get tired lugging a jacket around. Schwerk 6,927
Is it somewhat easy to walk around to find a spot in the beginning or is it just jam packed? Usually people move around during the opening acts.So you're telling me that even if I get there late I can "push" my way to the front so that I'm close enough to the throw my gift between Aura and Sexxx Dreams? I wouldn't advice this. I personally think it's very rude if people push their way to the front. I haven't been but judging by past experiences and what I hear here on GGD, the stage set-up makes it easier to get a good spot. Mainstage may be a bit more difficult since many LMZ people go for those spots and the superfans who want to throw letters and stuff. Just go with the flow I guess, be kind and don't worry too much, you'll have a great time! According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

Pop 4,541
The amount of hate and bullying towards Maikeeb on here is unacceptable. I wish the mods would do something about it. The Taylor Brigade: KNOCKOUT
Speechless94 545
Literally don't worry about a thing. I camped out for 24 hours and people who got to the venue at 9 in the morning the day of the show had just as good standing space as I did. The stage is laid out in a way that really works. Sure people rush to the stage when they first go in but there are other spaces people rush to get to as well so its not like everyone is trying to get to the exact same spot. And TBH every spot is great. I would try to be in the "pitt" area between the main stage and the parallele catwalk that she performs venus on. Or if you can, also right in front of the catwalk she performs venus on, close enough to it that you can see under it and have a good view of the main stage as well. I would get to the venue before 9. You're guarantied to have a great spot. Dont worry about being alone also. Everyone is just sitting around and eager to meet other fans. It's just a lot of waiting and being hot. But taking pictures and dressing up is fun. Bring a styrofoam cooler you can throw away and just pack snacks/lunch/ and A LOT of drinks. Tons of water and Gatorade. You're going to need electrolytes from sports drinks to have energy to dance and stay alive during the show. But dont waste time eating or drinking or going to the bathroom in the venue tbh. Take care of that before you go in. People will hold your spot. Once you get to know people around you in line, they will respect your spot and you can mutually keep spots for each other. Everyone is going to be wandering anyway taking pictures. Its such a fun time. Once the venue staff start getting ready to check tickets to go in, you should be in line ready to go. I remember one of my friends even crouched down and peed in a bottle while we were in line lol.
