She should try and be shady out of the public eye though.

That's even worse imo, why present an outwards unshady front and be shady behind the scenes?

You can't just stop doing what you've spent your entire career trying to promote.

Everybody has bad days. Everybody says mean/inappropriate things. Most of us are not in the public eye, so it doesn't matter. Gaga is. Her public image is about love and acceptance.

Gaga needs to practice what she preaches

It's true, it helps her reputation, it's inspiring bloggers/journalists to do proper research, it's necessary for her reputation, it's not very kind gab.png

Not you trying to equate bodily harm with her dragging people who post negative articles about her :flop:

Out of 15 lines you only read 3?

But having like thousands of people bashing and criticizing everything you do is like psychological abuse. It's not like they called once Gaga a hoe, it's like they are constantly talking **** about her and trying to put down everything she does when she should be proud about her success. I can't with some ''fans''  :fail:

But that would imply this goes against her onlinekindness spiel(which she should drop imo), but it doesn't. This instance to me was just a simple sassy quip not some supershady bullying meltdown. Kindness doesn't mean rolling over and letting everything roll off your back like people here seem to think

Kermit the frog

Come the fuq on, it's rly not a big deal... You can stop with this "mother monster" bullsh*t, she doesn't have to be an angel 24/7 and that tweet wasn't even bad. The Katy one was bad, this was was just a lil bit snarky, that's all.

Willy Wonka

You are holding her to a ridiculously high standard.  You are a super smart guy, so I know you understand there is a difference between an occasional snarky tweet and cyber bullying. She isn't Ted Haggard sucking hobo dick for some horse tranquilizer after Sunday mass. This is hypocrisy on such a small scale that you can't really fault her for it. It's really not a big deal.

I died at the Ted Haggard reference.

And no, I don't think it's that big of a deal at all. When I voice an opinion though, I often have to defend myself strongly, so it seems like I make a bigger deal out of it than it actually is.

I'm not delusional. This is barely worth discussing. The inconsistency does bother me a little bit, but the enjoyment of the drag is overwhelming. I think the inconsistency is a valid discussion topic, but some people on here believe it's sacrilegious to point out any flaw. I disagree.

I just have to defend my perspective a lot. I don't have a stick in my ass. I don't think this tweet is terrible whatsoever. I'm just not afraid to talk about problems with Gaga. That doesn't threaten me or my status as a fan as it does some people on here. You should understand that.

TL;DR: I'm comfortable with what I say. Others aren't. That means I have to defend myself a lot and that gives the false appearance that I care about certain things much more than I actually do. This is one of those issues.
