Interludicrous 15
I've been searching for it, but I can't find the song. It was a EDM/industrial type song, but it was a lot faster than BR. Judas? :teehee:

Jenniferella 2,774
What's most disappointing about all this is not that Zedd and Madeon recycled productions but that Gaga, someone who prides herself on her creativity, actually agreed to use them. I mean, the productions are amazing, but that's not the point, she needs producers who will actually take the time to create new material specifically for her. I gotta say, ARTPOP feels very uncreative and rushed now. Of course, I'm not aware of all the circumstances surrounding the making of the album, but I hope she's gonna hire new producers for the next one. Exactly. I wouldn't have any problem with that (just like I do with Rihanna, Katy Perry etc..) if she weren't so vocal about her involvement into the whole "creative process". Anyway, not really surprised. As I always said since the beginning of the era : she seems off "I have been writing LG5 since I was 13"
Born Brave 2,072
I love it!!! I listen to Don't Turn Around all the time and this is the perfect counterpart to Mary Jane Holland!! PS- the people bashing Gaga for reusing something they need to learn how music works. Or rather maybe you should hate these songs too: http://www.whosampled.com/Lady-Gaga/?sp=
RBNLM 1,640
So this is the supposed dwuw "recycled" track? producers said this have nothing to do with dwuw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ky_B7vyGIAc Edited June 26, 2014 by RubenLM

LostBoyfriend 1,076
was she really uninspired this era? it seems like so many songs were based on already produced tracks She was depressed, I'm starting to think that Troy really pushed her to put this album together and she really wasnt in the mood so when the Death line (the date when an artist has to give all the material to their companys) came she had to move quickly using demos of other people. Miel 15,009
This makes me curious as to how much Gaga contributes in terms of producing. I know she’s mentioned that she’s more on the melodic side of production (string and guitar arrangement, piano and synth production), but with this and Karma Bitch and Aura the supposed story about how DWUW was originally a production of DJWS’ friend, and it just got passed down- it’s kind of indicative that the production process of ARTPOP is probably much different than Born This Way's. Which kind of makes me interested in how the production process differs between each album. 3 points in and ready for more

Atlas 1
MTE. I love ARTPOP but I'm starting to think Gaga What did Gaga do wrong? If anything, bash the producer, not the person who sang it.

MonsterOfSpain 8,281
Gaga never created her own instrumentals. Wtf are you guys ffreaking out about????? Gaga creates melody and lyrics over an instrumental, that's what she has always done. Other times she creates melody and lyrics, and writes the musical notes if she writes the song on the piano, then the producer will make the instrumental. She has never been the one making her own instrumentals. She co-produces it, so she has heavy input but it's the producers instrumental track that she writes on. Someone explaining the truth and not meltdowning, GGD has really progressed a lot.
