Gaga told us on LM.com that she wasn't happy with the video because she only had a week to prepare for it. Thats it. Thats the reason. Anything else about it being "too controversial" is all speculated. So I'm going with Gaga's reason. I'm not saying its going to actually be controversial. I haven't seen the video, so how would I know? But I do think, judging from the clip at least, that it will be perceived as controversial. Gaga has been misunderstood many times in the past, but a misunderstanding over rape and abuse is pretty serious. Headlines like "Lady Gaga promotes rape" are already being published. It least she is conscious about what she does and if she doesn't like it will just pull the plug on it. It's a learning process though. She's not a pro video maker, she's first a performer. Sometimes getting her message across is difficult for mainstream to understand. I dunno. I am seeing a lot of negative press if or when it's leaked. She'll survive it!
