A source tells PEOPLE that the “Mayhem” singer, 40, has been spending most of her time with her baby daughter Rose Bean, whom she welcomed in June with fiancé Michael Polansky, 43. “Gaga has taken to being a mother so well,” the source shares. “She is kind, protective and loves singing to Rose. She has been singing ‘La Vie en Rose’ and nightly lullabies to her.” The source continues that although Gaga has been working on her makeup brand Haus Labs, she’s been spending most of her time with Rose. “They feel like a complete family unit and both of them beam when they talk about how Rose is growing,” the source says of Gaga and Polansky.
