Portugal's President António Jose Seguro has enacted a law banning face coverings in public spaces. "The face must be considered a central element of human identity and communication," Seguro said in a statement late Tuesday. Like I am not a country fan but I genuinely felt the impact of Dolly on me and I think everyone had a special place for her. She was so iconic but for good reasons. Bless her soul.
