The only way i can understand why Runway has so many writers is that each of them added an "i" to the "Biiiiitch" part.

We got 3 cute songs as a side project and people are complaining as usual. Nothing is good enough and too many of you hold Gaga at such a high standard that it’s just getting ridiculous. Try to enjoy the fact that we are actually getting something. Because once the era is fully done, it’s gonna be crickets for years.

To be fair, she wrote 3 original songs for the movie, flew in to film her scene(s) during a world tour, made a MV for further promo... & then attended the premiere to further hype things up Probably took more than 5 mins lol

So Glamorous Life is most likely the ballad she scrapped from Mayhem that she wanted to release at some point and Shape of a Woman was also made during those sessions and even has Gesaffelstein there. This is very interesting! Glad to see more music from Mayhem that didn’t make the final cut released in some way.

SOAW is an absolute wet fart, I fear. Zero inertia, gobbledegook lyrics, dull + repetitive chorus, flat production. Runway is nowhere near top tier Gaga, but at least the song feels like it’s going somewhere.

A little reminder that Gaga knows what works for her albums and she left these songs out of Mayhem for a reason. Fans were sh!tting on Die With A Smile because it "replaced" another ballad. And now that we have listened to these songs they're sh!tting on these ones lol.

Now I was never sure from the leaks and thought I couldn’t get on that train, but now after the full thing and a few repeat listens…it’s actually a vibe..…I see the violet in her eyes 🕺🏻💃!!!! Anyone else? Bowie-esque verses, growls, vocal serve throughout, belting chorus, toe tapping, summery vibes, pool/beach feel, layered background vocals…. A bit 80s….. Some throwback to Fashion!, free woman, Enigma, LoveDrug, maybe a splash to RuPaul and Miley 🤭 but overall really FUN!!! I fully expected Shape of a woman to be one of my least favorite Gaga songs ever since the sunroof leak, but the chorus got to me. This woman CANNOT make a bad melody And Glamorous Life is just so beautiful I can't- MAYHEM era is the best thing to ever happen

Didn’t think I’d say this, but: Glamorous > Runway > SOAW

Glamorous Life is gorgeous. Her best ballad since ASIB trifecta, easily. Shape of a Woman is...fine. I don't think the melody of the chorus is interesting enough to warrant that much repetition, and we've gotten a few songs like this from Mayhem on, and they happen to also not be the best songs on there. But maybe the GP will find it more exciting. It's well produced, the call and responde of the verses is fun, and the post-chorus as well. It's definitely catchy. So far for me it goes Glamorous Life > Runway > Shape of a Woman.

Believe it or not these are the best things to come out of this movie just watched it and it suvks a little
