Not trying to interrupt the convo, but that was certainly true for Abra. In the non streaming era, Kendrick's Superbowl performance would not have resulted in him charting a bunch of songs in the top ten (I think it was five songs) during Abra's first full week of charting. Abra would have been a top ten hit and all the ridiculous nonsense about her not having a solo hit would be over.

And she needs to stop being attracted by success tbh. Sequels almost never work, Joker 2 was gonna be a disaster for her from the moment it was announced she would play in it. And then she thought “Yoo-hoo! Let’s do Wednesday 2!”. She basically just did a cameo and a song but they put her name everywhere as if she was a big part of the season, and the season underperformed. Thank God, they did not promote Gaga as something big in TDWP 2. They just let the crickets do their sound and it’s perfect this way.

So the legend, diva, ICON of metal just released a new song in preparation of the release for her new album Frisson Noir (out on the 12th of June). 10 minutes of amazing cinematic music, just brilliant! I'd honestly DIE if Gaga tried this direction, or at least featured her in any upcoming projects. Anyone else here into her? Give the gal some likes, streams and support!

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time, especially since there isn’t a complete and good-quality edit of this show available on the internet. Now I’m very close to finishing it, I’ll be posting again soon, and I’ve also completed 4 cover/artwork concepts for this project. I wanted to share them with you and hear your thoughts on which one is the best. Million Reasons is stellar, but Happy Mistake is haunting, a genuine reflection of who she is without her familiar lyrical trappings or motifs, and a superb genre experiment that fits neatly within the genre rather than the pop-genre hybridization that comes with a majority of her work. Happy Mistake it is!
