The difficulty here is that Shia has a history of violent and abusive behaviour linked to alcohol. With previous arrests including racial abuse, SA allegations, emotional abuse and physical abuse. So given he has over a decade of abusive alcohol induced crimes under his belt, I just find it hard to believe that this situation is exactly as what he claims. Because I've been around enough drunks & alcoholics in my personal life and during my time working on bars to know that people like him misread situations due to their inebriation and their first response is violence every time. I've seen plenty of occasions where drunks like him have lashed out at someone for touching them and it was just the person trying to walk past them in a crowded bar etc. And...like this case went to court. In a highly homophobic state. And the judge ruled against him and has forced him to take substance-abuse treatment and screening.

Movies She's not a great actress and every time she's doing a movie it's taking too much time from her music career and it's exhausting when at the end, it's just an average to meh movie. ASIB was great because of the music, not because of her acting.. her acting was average.. Gucci was horrible, everything, it felt like a parody on an Italian family and she's the biggest comedian there. Joker 2 shouldn't even been released... again the best that came from this movie is music, Harlequin. Even her 1 minute on Wednesday was not good lol but with these kind of small roles I can be fine.. but then a whole era is on standby or over just to release 1 song for the small acting project...

I'd suggest we don't believe someone who's lying about what he's been arrested for though. He alleges 3 men touched him at that moment in the bar when he kicked off. But the police allege that he actually turned abusive as a result of being asked to leave the R Bar in New Orleans. The police allege that his behaviour had been ramping up for a sustained period of time throughout the time he was at the bar. There is also videos from the bar that have been seen by the Guardian where Shia is getting aggressive with bar staff. The 3 men assaulted by him include the bar manager who was escorting him out for abusive behavior to staff and someone who came to support the bar manager as Shia attacked him. Having then got him outside, he then went back into the bar and attacked another bar patron and repeatedly called him a f*ggot. He has now been arrested again on a seperate battery charge, for a different violent outburst at the same bar where he's accused of head butting a man and shouting homophobic slurs at him 10 days before the incident on the 17th of February. And there are numerous other stories coming out now of him spending mardi gras in nola causing a nusiance in various bars due to being intoxicated. Couldn’t disagree more, tbh. I think the MBT performance is good and serves its function, but the internalized surreal psychological horror of the video clears the live performance. One of the only videos of hers that leans into horror that I found genuinely unsettling aesthetically and tonally.

Mmmmmm I don't think she needs to do pure jazz anymore. If anything, integrate it better into the LG music because it would be cooler and more artistically distinguishing. It's always been my one thing about her jazz work. It's cool. I love C2C, but she compartmentalizes her career so much.

Like imagine her going back and trying to shoehorn Zombieboy into the industrial grunge aesthetic…MESS!
