  2. People just be tweaking over some dumb little trophies "Lady Gaga has THE MOST GRAMMY AWARDS of ANY Italian American woman from New York City that stands at 5'2 " Like there is no reason to be coping this hard, the lady has 16 freaking Grammys which, may I remind y'all, is 3 more than Michael freaking Jackson

  3. What's the 2020s pop bible? The answer is here! Lady Gaga's "MAYHEM" becomes the first "Best Pop Vocal Album" winner with multiple GRAMMY winning hits since Adele's "21." MAYHEM's Grammy winning hits: Die With A Smile, Abracadabra 21's Gramy winning hits: Rolling In The Deep, Someone Like You, Set Fire To The Rain (Live)

  9. He looked more nervous and tense to me is how I interpreted it. Not easy when someone whos had little in events like this suddenly has the biggest spotlight out of anyone that night. Ppl with too much confidence and ego handle it well. I consider the shyness and insecurity a positive thing, means he must have some true humility, a rare trait among celebs.

  13. idk why Grammy did these tags, it's not 2009 anymore, like she's not the alejandra singer anymore, she's the shallow singer with the meat dress. like this is like so boomer of them omg anyway nice pic I guess

  14. Listening to Gaga discography now, especially through TF-TFM, has made me realize that she was never a copy of Madonna and she always owned her own music style, the fashion and the persona. She's more of the female Freddie Mercury mixed with Janis Joplin seasoned with a little bit of Bowie, Prince, Jagger and Debbie Harry. If we go back to TFM with JD, PF and Paparazzi.. they are not at all similar to anything Madonna did in the past. Especially with the use of the Synth.. Madonna used it as one of the background instruments, while Gaga used it as one the primary instruments. and this is a huge difference. Even the imaginary is pretty different, Madonna is more sexual but not sensual, Gaga is more about bringing a character through the outfits, through the fashion, and the sexuality is more subtle, less in your face. At the end, the only similarity is.. the blond.

  16. Can we maybe not share AI-generated photos of Gaga on here? I wish that would be a rule enforced by the mods. @PartySick @River You know full well Gaga would be in support of anything that stops false imagery of her being shared.

  17. As we're still discussing what happened on this year's Grammys, here are a few records and facts Gaga set up this year with her two wins! * With Mayhem winning Best Pop Vocal Album, Gaga becomes the fourth artist in history to win this category twice, after Kelly Clarkson (2006, 2013), Adele (2012, 2017), and Taylor Swift (2016, 2024). * With "Abracadabra" winning the recently introduced Best Dance Pop Recording, Gaga has become the first artist in history to win at least once in all Pop field categories. This includes Best Pop Vocal Album twice (2011, 2026), Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album (2015, 2022), Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (2019, 2021, 2025), and Best Pop Solo Performance (2019). * Gaga is also the second artist to win Best Dance Pop Recording to have previously won Best Dance/Electronic Recording ("Poker Face", 2010), after Kylie Minogue. * Her wins for "Abracadabra" and Mayhem tallied her wins in the Pop field to 10, which extends her record as the most wins in the genre for a female artist and second overall, just after her beloved friend Tony Bennett (16) * Gaga has now won 16 Grammys, which makes her the sixth female artist with the most wins, tied with Adele. She's behind Beyoncé (35), Alison Krauss (27), Aretha Franklin and CeCe Winans (18), and Alicia Keys (17). * Mayhem is her second album to produce multiple Grammy winning songs ("Die with a Smile" and "Abracadabra"), after A Star Is Born ("Shallow" and "I'll Never Love Again"). * "Abracadabra" is her 8th Grammy winning song. * "Abracadabra" is her 3rd multiple Grammy winning song, after "Bad Romance" and "Shallow" (two Grammys each). * Mayhem ties The Fame Monster as her second album with most Grammy wins (three each), both behind A Star Is Born (four wins). * "Abracadabra" is her first solo Grammy winning song since "I'll Never Love Again" in 2020. * Mayhem is her first album to win an album category since A Star Is Born in 2020. * Gaga is now the most nominated artist in Album of the Year that is yet to win the award (5 times), tied with Kendrick Lamar. * Gaga is now the second most nominated artist in Record of the Year that is yet to win the award (4 times), after Beyoncé (9 times). I know some were expecting more, but I'm really happy for the other winners, specially Lola Young and Laufey. And let's remember, Mayhem is not done yet! "The Dead Dance" can be eligible for ROTY, SOTY, Best Song Written for Visual Media, Best Music Video, and Best Pop Solo Performance or Best Dance Pop Recording, depending on where her team submits it. If Mayhem: Requiem is released as a film, it's also eligible for Best Music Film (whether her team submits this or Harlequin Live: One Night Only).

  23. I’m not one to be defensive of her work cause I think it’s stupid, but just in case it could make some people feel more connected to the performance… I feel that it was like a natural evolution of this one: The huge headpiece, Gaga not really moving but posing, the keyboard or whatever it’s called, the play with her shadow, the overall messiness… To think that her debut was 18 years ago…

  25. The moment Bad Bunny gained recognition outside of Puerto Rico he was no longer local. Bad Bunny has been extremely popular all over Latin America and the United States for years. Most of those claiming Bad Bunny is local are people who’ve never met a Latino/Hispanic person in their lives or those who belittle anything that doesn’t directly come from English speaking white Americans or Europeans.

  27. SHOCKING NEWS: the very person who dedicates their entire online existence to fuel a feud between two artists that happened 13 years ago uses the expression "touch grass". You won't believe what came next!

  28. Sometimes it gets me a little emo thinking about how Gaga has been around for so long that she is now the artist that the new gen of popstars looked up to as a famous pop star/singer/performer when they were kids, and dreamed of being like her. And look at her standing with Chappel, like a protective mother who is proud of her daughter Like you can imagine Chappel as a 10 year old little girl who liked to sing, watching Bad Romance on MTV with wide eyes, dreaming of being like this fantasical, powerful, grown woman When I started stanning her over 15 years ago it never even crossed my mind that one day she would be the popstar that paved the way for a new gen. That she would be standing here at almost 40 years old and the 20-somethings would be quoting her as an inspiration in their interviews on red carpets

  32. well if we count the performances on the tours then absolutely Paparazzi and if we don't... then still Paparazzi just imagine having a song in your discography that has THAT ONE VMA performance that had literally everybody gagged and talking about it, and is still considered to be one of your best performances ever

  34. This is the exact performance I was thinking about right after Abra at the Grammys ! like hello this performance was a masterpiece and we need more of that actually. Imo both performances are at the perfect intersection between artistry, experimentation and high-end pop, this is the best gaga has to offer. Not everything has to be formulatic and choreographed.

  35. The Brit performance was the first thing I thought of! A underrated performance IMO, it’s very art focused and I have such a soft spot for it. Both the Brits and the Grammys were tributes to McQueen and very timely because it’s coming up to the anniversary of his passing.

  38. Those quotes from the spokesperson don't sound at all like they're "coming for" her. I think the spokesperson worded it very evenly and politely, they thank/acknowledge Billie for saying something while also advocating for themselves, that they'd like their tribe's name put out there.
