I really loved the album when it came out but didn't really spend a lot of time revisiting most of the songs except Happy Mistake, Joker, and Smile. I think probably because I was on the LG7 hype train at that time and was more excited for that album. After watching the special though, I've had so much more fun going back and listening to that album in full. Not sure if anyone else also fell in love/started loving it more after watching her perform it live!9 points

Somebody has to like Chromatica He's out here defending her while I bleed for Joanne and everyone else is stuck in 20119 points

I hate AI so much and refuse to even listen. If it's not human derived, I have no interest.9 points

I cant with this debate, she's a racist piece of shit and y'all want to talk about nuances because she's an 'icon' who loved animals? She's a bigot and her death does not change that, just like any other bigot's death doesn't change their being trash people8 points

Just found these on youtube. Honestly SIRE is a BOP. Didn't really know where to post these but this youtube user is apparently making a ACT 2 collection and most of the songs sound very promising!7 points

https://www.instagram.com/p/DSM_OrKjP8g/?igsh=cTlrYWF3anZ5OXcz This was two weeks ago, but I just saw this now. He talked about how he played all the instruments on the song, and he revealed that the songs sound was inspired by Minneapolis funk music. He replied to a comment talking about Eh Eh as well and said that it was the first time someone used his nickname in a song. He also happily referenced his vocoder style of his in another reply to a comment about I Like it Rough, and he confirmed that he was involved with Christmas Tree.5 points

An icon of her times for sure, but she spent the last years of her life promoting racism, homophobia and getting cozy with the French far right party. She might have been beautiful but her words and actions were plain ugly in the end. Good riddance.5 points

I went to Gagacabana and this one and well, you’re right. It’s an ok concert, great vocals, loved that she learnt spanish to interact with the audience, but at the end of the day it was fun and that’s it.5 points

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed "Harlequin - One Night Only"! My partner made me a Gaga-themed gift and I wanted to share it on here with other fans because I'm so impressed and moved by it! He made mini versions of each of her solo album covers out of card, using different layers for all the details. It's in a frame with them all together and ordered chronologically but here is each album cover on its own: The Fame The Fame Monster Born This Way ARTPOP Joanne Chromatica Harlequin Mayhem I think it's such a special gift and a gorgeous tribute to Gaga's career so far. And the timing couldn't have been more perfect with the release of the Harlequin film! Wishing you all a very happy 2026!5 points

Good for her! From videos online, her concert looked unimpressive. She doesn’t have a good stage presence like the greats. Did anyone here attend in person? How was it compared to Mayhem?4 points

The most remarkable thing about Mayhem era in general, even regardless of DWAS commercial success (although still helpful oc), is that Gaga has now been settled once for all as one of the most respected artists in the industry, especially after everything she went through when it comes to her career. I can assure you this is the best feeling for her at this point and after all, and no wonder she seems so happy and at the top of her confidence every time she’s on stage lately.4 points

I am far more afraid of human intelligence than of AI AI is simply giving us what we ask for. It is, in many ways, the most generous and human-centered technology we have ever created. It does not generate anything on its own; it reflects human will, intention, and values. Let’s be honest: AI mistakes, AI errors, and AI aberrations are ultimately human mistakes, errors, and aberrations. If you are worried about the people behind the technology, then support open-source projects, transparency, and education. But calling for bans on progress echoes the same fear that surrounded new technologies at the beginning of the 20th century when steam engines were seen as something almost demonic. History has shown us where that kind of fear leads. The next step in human evolution will likely be combined intelligence, human and artificial working together. And this will profoundly shape the future of art, creativity, and expression. We are curious monkeys by nature; learning through PLAY is how we evolve. Instead of investing energy in resisting or restricting what we don’t fully understand, we could channel that concern into integration: take a course on AI, explore real innovations already made possible by it, or simply try a prompt that makes a daily task easier. Don’t blame the technology. Blame the humans behind its misuse and better yet, try to create something meaningful and constructive with it. Progress has always belonged to those who choose curiosity over fear. STOP the Human vs AI fight. AI is just a mirror. Let her grow. Grow with her3 points
