regional variants are not the same as cosmetic and tracklist variants adele had the standard, target deluxe, japanese edition (every album does) and a slipcase/digipak version no coloured vinyls, no alternate album covers and the deluxe CD versions don't include clothing what's your source for this? what are these 16 different CD versions? what makes them different? do they have one exclusive track each?

that's such a stretch ... if you look at discogs you'll see these are all just regional variants or bootlegs but none of this comes close to what taylor does with alternate artwork, additional songs, etc. from memory 25 had an album and a deluxe at target with bonus tracks, in terms of contents those are the only two versions that existed.
