I consider Harlequin one of Gaga's best musical projects to date! It's a masterclass in vocals and musical creativity, showcasing the wonders of Gaga's artistry! Do you still listen to Harlequin? What's your favorite song on the album?22 points

I used to work in retail and was always annoyed that prices were, for example, 1.99, 5.99, 9.99, and why they couldn't be rounded up to a nice round 2, 6, 10. My manager told me that a fifth of the population instinctively rounds down (especially those who are bad at maths); the first numbers mentioned have the greatest effect, and showed me psychological sales studies. If you want to sell something effectively, X.99 is always best because the customer wants to buy at the lowest price, but the seller wants to sell at the highest price, and psychological rounding down effect makes this possible. The seller gives up 1 cent but significantly increases their chances of making a sale. I myself have become an ardent advocate of X.99. Britney is an example of this. She said Madonna was 40 years older than JT. Madonna was born in 1958, which Britney mentally rounds down to 1950. JT was born in 1981, which Britney rounds down to 1980. 1980 - 1950 is actually 30 years. But Britney isn't very good at maths, so she miscalculates and it becomes 40 years. But she is American, so we forgive her. At least calculating Justin Bieber's age makes more sense. Justin Bieber was born in 1994, which Britney rounds down to 1990. Britney herself was born in 1981, which she rounds down to 1980. 1990 - 1980 = 10 years. Here, Britney has calculated "correctly" according to sales studies. I don't think Britney shaded Madonna, Britney is very talented in singing and emotionally intelligent, but she is just bad in maths and miscalculated her age.12 points

Will The Dead Dance become a huge hit? Not likely. But with DWAS and ABRA being both big career defying hits in their own leagues, is it really necessary to have another huge hit? I think TDD is keeping the MAYHEM era alive and mind you, we are almost a whole year in the MAYHEM era right now. This era gave us so much already and having a 3rd/4th single that's pushed and promoted from the same album is something I didn't expect to happen after her previous few projects. I think Halloween might show its full potential, but above all TDD made people aware again that MAYHEM is out and made people re-listen to it again. And in its core that's what singles were used to be made for, to promote the album they are on. Anyways, no back to streaming TDD and make it #1 on BB100 you c*nts.10 points

This is bad considering her past success. Just for comparison, stans were making fun of MAYHEM's numbers being 40M+ on debut.8 points

Wow we really are lucky that Mayhem did such great numbers. It looks like anyone other than Taylor and the powerpuff girls are underperforming with everything they release6 points

In US Radio, TDD is currently stable at #61 (15.72 Aud). Disease's peak was #59 (16.46 Aud). It's very close to out peak Disease in radio. Surely one day it will have also out streamed Disease and become another Platinum eligible single from the album.6 points

considering Lover had two #2 hits and a #10 song in the US as well as broke a lot of records and broke into new markets for her (China and a lot of Europe), I would hardly call that a flop era. The music was mid but the reputation tour really boosted her global presence and that era was going to be very successful if the pandemic hadn't prevented her tour from happening. She was even doing festivals for the first time.4 points
