I hope I'm allowed to post this! I just came across a kickstarter for a Lady Gaga tarot deck and thought some of y'all might be interested in helping make this happen. A hand-illustrated 78-card tarot deck inspired by the artistic universe of Lady Gaga. From iconic music video moments to stage personas and alter egos, each card reimagines the Rider-Waite archetypes through a pop-mystical lens. Designed for Little Monsters, tarot lovers, and anyone who believes the divine wears platform heels. The kickstarter has launched! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/enjoymycake/the-little-monsters-arcana12 points

"Abracadabra: From Fan to Featured" won a Gold Lion in Entertainment Lions in Music category in Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2025. https://www.lovethework.com/work-awards/results/cannes-lions/entertainment-lions-for-music Never heard of Cannes Lions but a quick google search ai overview gave me: "The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is widely regarded as the most prestigious awards event in the global advertising and marketing industry. Winning a Cannes Lion is a significant achievement that is seen as a benchmark for creative excellence and a career-defining moment for agencies and individuals." But of course this award is given to Mastercard, so not sure if it could be counted towards gaga's achievement12 points

Conspicuously absent from Bad Bunny’s 2025-26 tour dates? The United States. “It’s unnecessary,” he says, pointing out that fans in the U.S. have had no shortage of opportunities to see him perform over the past six years. What about an official concert film? Also unnecessary, he says.10 points

UO = Unpopular opinion Just imagine it banging on radio. We completely forgot about this gem and I believe it's perfect combo of Gaga and genericness we need for a nice summer hit. Also, dark humor, theme is on point7 points

Saw no one posting..lg last minutes stepped in for the shallow performance, really a showbiz darling https://www.billboard.com/culture/tv-film/snl-50-homecoming-concert-director-mccarthy-miller-interview-1235998589/ Another highlight was Lady Gaga doing “D–k in a Box” with Andy Samberg. Did Gaga need convincing to join in on that? It was also fun to see cast members incorporated into musical numbers, like Fred Armisen playing drums for Devo and the B-52s. Gaga was in for that and she was not necessarily performing. She was definitely doing the “D–k In a Box” bit and we had somebody fall out and she then performed [“Shallow”]. We had T-Pain and Bad Bunny, and Eddie Vedder was so funny as Captain Jack Sparrow. What was the rehearsal time to swap Gaga in for that bit? You mean besides no rehearsal? We rehearsed that whole show in two days. So we had about 45 minutes to rehearse that [Lady Gaga] bit. I had pre-blocked it with stand-ins just so I knew where we were going. Then we literally got everybody [Gaga, Samberg, Eddie Vedder, Lonely Island, T-Pain, Bad Bunny] up there for 45 minutes and they did a run-through. I think T-Pain didn’t even come to the run-through.6 points

You’re being so ridiculously condescending here for no reason lmao. You’re not a marketing guru for realizing that she was going to put DWAS on the album and I honestly think you’re being obtuse to what people were saying about it being on the album: people understood the rationale, they just didn’t understand the decision aesthetically. I think that, now that the album’s out, DWAS being on MAYHEM makes sense given the genre eclecticism and retro/throwback vibes, but when people were shocked about it being on the album, they were shocked *sonically* not commercially because all they had as a point of comparison were Disease and Abra.6 points

Totally agree with her: Lovedrug and Don’t Call Tonight evoke energy drop, Abracadabra, Zombieboy and Shadow of a Man are standouts, and overall 9/10 is realistic and agree with her. I have been following this lady for 4+ years now, i love her6 points

As part of their sustainability mission, Coldplay are re-releasing all of their albums as clear 140g EcoRecords made from recycled plastic bottles. The records are produced using injection-moulding technology, which reduces carbon emissions during manufacture by 85% compared with traditional vinyl production. EcoRecords are manufactured using 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a lightweight and durable material that is easily recyclable and helps to reduce shipping emissions and end-of-life environmental impact. Each 140g injection-moulded LP is made from, on average, nine recycled PET plastic bottles. These bottles are recovered from consumers as part of a process known as post-consumer recycling (PCR), where they are cleaned, processed into small pellets and then molded into new items. While EcoRecords can be made using either virgin PET or recycled PET (rPET), Coldplay have chosen to use only rPET for all their EcoRecord products. It follows the successful launch of the band’s 10th studio set, Moon Music, last year, the world's first album released as a 140g EcoRecord rPET LP. Albums being released on EcoRecord: Parachutes A Rush of Blood to the Head X&Y Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends Mylo Xyloto Ghost Stories A Head Full Of Dreams Everyday Life Music Of The Spheres5 points
