Gaga has officially broken the record for the longest Billboard Hot 100 top 10 by a lead female artist for Die With A Smile. She did that 17 years into her career! Queen behaviour. Recording Academy: I better see an AOTY, SOTY, ROTY, Pop Vocal Album, Pop Solo, Dance/Pop Recording, Best Pop/Duo, Best Music Video, Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, Best Rock Performance sweep at next years Grammys!22 points

Don't let the hee-hee mod see this thread, it will only be more ammo for their "it's a Bruno Mars song" slander9 points

I don’t necessarily care about a single. But I certainly hope we get at least one more video. Even if it is just a John Wayne/911 situation. (Which happen to be the best videos of their eras)8 points

There won't be more singles and it won't affect her success by any means. The tour will be incredible and successful regardless of streaming numbers. She doesn't need them tbh8 points

Lena Dunham has publicly lauded Rita Ora's performance in her upcoming Netflix series Too Much – and has called for the singer and actress to get 'more respect' for her on-screen talent. The 39-year-old Girls creator was in conversation with Michelle Buteau at Tribeca Film Festival on Saturday night in New York City where she discussed her triumphant return to television and her sensational cast members. During the intimate talk, Lena gushed over 34-year-old Rita's guest appearance in the new 10-part romantic comedy and described her acting as so 'affecting' that there were 'moments where I teared up.' 'Rita Ora is a really good actor, and I want her to get more respect on her acting name,' Lena declared. 'I want Rita Ora to get her flowers.' She continued: 'I mean, we know she's beautiful, but she came in and played this sort of like pseudo version of Rita Ora. There were some moments where I teared up. 'It was extremely affecting. So, we get a little Rita Ora in the season finale and boy does she deliver.' source7 points

¡Qué horror! Gaga, por favor, release another single to help the album's streams. Doesnt have to be a hit. Can be a Disease level single. Please.7 points

I would love a solo song of hers to have these milestones, but I feel like we're super blessed that she has not just one but TWO huge duets that people love. DWAS and Shallow are both iconic at this point And I fully believe Gaga's a key ingredient of their success7 points

They sing basically the same amount in the song... it's essentially 50/50. 1st verse/chorus - Bruno 2nd verse/chorus- Gaga with Bruno harmonizing a few lines bridge - mostly Gaga with Bruno harmonizing a few lines final chorus - both7 points

Gaga sings the 2nd verse and bridge and the 2nd chorus and last chorus, so despite what some negative people might say she is a lead. Its a duet. I am happy and proud for what Gaga has accomplished with this song. The heavenly harmonies from both of them brings joy to many ears. And I am so grateful for the positive comments on this thread.7 points

People demanded the Abracadabra physicals from Interscope but they never came. This is an issue with more campy dance music in general. Abracadabra couldn't get the top 10, Sports Car couldn't get it with Tate McCraes meteoric rise, and not a single one of brats singles entered the top 10 despite the massive cultural phenomenom behind the album last year.7 points

Thanks. I am a Disease STAN but giving the green light for that song to be Single #1 is crazy. I get that Gaga wanted it apparently, but it is not the right song for what is expected to be a giant album. Abra, GOE, VIY as single #1 with a radio deal, TV debut, all the things would've set the tone nicely and allow the song to hold on streaming with radio growing. Instead radio abandoned the song upon arrival only to pick it up months and months after when streams already died in the U.S. Not cool.6 points

Not releasing anymore singles would be a waste IMO. Fans have been demanding for a decade+ now to have a standard Lady Gaga era like the beginning.6 points

I know people would hate it, but I would honestly love a funky/70s/rock/folky/pop album from Bruno and Gaga. Their energies mesh so well together.6 points
