I noticed that many people has this "moment" with Abra after a long time after release, when it's literally catching their full attention and then they can't stop listening to it lol

Listen, I totally get that VIY is clearly the fan fav and long term streams kinda prove that too. However I think HBDUWM as a single is a better choice for a number of reasons and more likely to be a hit #1 Its the most easily digestible and GP friendly track left on the album. VIY is more unique but may take a few more listens to grow on GP. #2 This would be the 3rd/4th single. Those are harder to become hits. If you go for something that may take some getting used to its not likely to take off because since album hype is largely gone, the GP will not give it several listens to let it grow on them. A song like HBDUWM is more likely to be liked immediately and has a better shot at being successful despite being a late single #3 Disease and Abra were rather heavy and intense. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with releasing an easier to digest feel good song for the summer now. Shes already proven the album is diverse and unique and 1 more generic sounding song now after Disease and Abra will not take that away from album I just wouldnt mind going for another solo hit that can further promote the album and get more ppl to give Gaga and Mayhem a further look. And I honestly think HBDUWM has a better shot at doing that than VIY despite the latter being the fan fav

If the song was inauthentic, it wouldn't have been on the album in the first place

Houdini by Dua Lipa had accumulated around 320m streams in its first 4 months on Spotify. After 11 months it was at 630+m. Abracadabra was at 416m after 4 months, approx. 30% above Houdini. If she keeps that level compared to Houdini, Abracadabra should wrap up the current year (= after 11 months) around 800+m streams or more, especially if it gets some Halloween boost.
